Possible stalking of two people walking in the early evening near Lake Michigan and Gulliver Lake (Upper Peninsula)
The witness and his sister were walking a loop road by a lake back to a cabin on a moonless night. The sister sensed something following them behind the treeline, and both paused to listen to movement. As they left the woods they heard a loud grunt about 20 feet behind them that frightened them and seemed territorial.

Possible footprint and chatter outside Wetmore
In June 2007 the witness and a companion visited a small lake in Schoolcraft County to fish and look around. At the spot where sand met grass the companion called the witness over to a very large human-shaped footprint. The witness stepped into the print and found it fit but was much bigger.
