The witness was hiking with a relative and a dog when they turned back on the trail. They heard three separate sets of three rhythmic knocks that sounded progressively farther away, noticed the woods had gone quiet and the dog remained alert, and felt watched until reaching the main trail. There was no visual sighting.

The witness was driving northbound on I-5 through Centralia in a snowstorm shortly after midnight. A large dark humanoid figure crossed the highway from east to west in front of the vehicle and went over the center median without apparent effort. The witness saw its silhouetted head and shoulders against distant lights as it continued west across the southbound lanes while oncoming cars braked.

While hiking along the sandy banks, the witness nearly stepped into a very large footprint estimated at 17 inches or more. Family members also saw the print, photos were taken, and the group then continued up the mountain.

The witness was hiking with family to a series of caves in the early afternoon. The witness and a relative each noticed a footprint in moss along the way, about 200 yards from the caves and about 20 feet apart. The witness photographed the prints with a water bottle and foot for scale. No other unusual activity, sounds, or sightings were reported.

About two hours later after daylight, the witness returned to the area and found broken brush and a trail leading from the woods up a hillside bank.

The witness lives with his wife on raw wooded property. He set out a peccary archery target that was found the next morning pulled up and pulled apart with apparent teeth marks. About two weeks before reporting, the couple heard a loud short call followed by a softer answering call ending in repeated grunts, which caused deer to flee.

They scanned the hillside but saw no animal and heard nothing further. They were then struck by a nauseating putrid odor and felt an ominous urge to leave, so they left the area.

Two people exploring logging roads by jeep stopped to scout a side road on foot. They heard knocking sounds like a stick hitting a tree, then a very loud prolonged cracking like a thick log breaking nearby. They left without seeing any people or vehicles that could explain the noises. A photo taken toward the sounds was later thought to contain something odd but was deemed inconclusive.

The witness and a companion were clearing branches in a logged area behind the house when they found rock piles and ten small grass bundles containing field mice. The dogs became agitated and a thrown rock struck the witness's hand. No animal was seen, but wood-on-wood knocking was heard several times over the next few hours.

Around 4 a.m. the witness awoke to branches breaking about 50 yards away followed by an extremely loud scream/howl he said he had never heard before. After a few minutes he heard more branches breaking, then nothing further. Frightened, he packed up and left with the relative about half an hour later.

The witness and his wife were outside watching their dogs late at night when they heard an unfamiliar sound from the north toward a creek. The wife said she had never heard such a sound before. After going inside, she compared it to animal and Bigfoot audio clips and said it sounded identical to the Bigfoot clips.

While elk hunting, the witness and two companions found a single well-defined human-like footprint near a creek. The print was described as very wide with large distinct toes, no claws, and measuring about 11 inches long. The witness, experienced with bear tracks, judged it was not a bear.

A group was camping near a river and three men took a late-night hike down the river to throw rocks into the water. On the return they heard sounds suggesting something was following them, and the women in camp reported rocks being thrown near camp and brush moving. After going to bed the group heard a loud screech/scream twice, and before sunrise one woman was awakened by a close growl near the tent. No creature was seen.
