The witness reported finding a large footprint on a trail behind a campground that was not there the previous evening. The dog drew attention to the spot by sniffing the ground. The witness compared the print to a size 10.5 shoe, noted it was larger and pressed about half to three-quarters inch deep without being duplicated by full body weight, and photographed it with a cell phone. No creature was seen.
Man recalls a possible brief sighting near Buchanan, while looking for dog
The witness was searching for his missing dog in a wooded area and found it on a beaver dam in a pond. He then noticed a tall, muscular, dark figure standing nearby that quickly turned and disappeared into dense brush. He retrieved the reluctant dog and returned home without initially telling anyone about the sighting.
Observer hears scream changing to low "demonic" chuckle
The witness was awake alone on the living room couch late at night while younger siblings slept. A very loud, close howling scream outside the window shifted into a gurgling laugh-like sound lasting about 10 seconds and did not repeat. After waiting, the witness searched outside in fresh snow but found the snow totally undisturbed with no tracks to indicate the source.
