While hunting elk and glassing a snowy mountainside with binoculars, the witness saw a tall brown figure walking upright on two legs along a distant ridge. The figure moved quickly, paused to look over the valley, then walked back the way it came and disappeared into the trees. The witness noted it wore no hunter orange and did not seem to be a normal man.

After crouching in tall grass, both figures moved toward trees and darkness to the southwest, and a rock or object struck a nearby shed as the witness went inside.
