The witness was driving with a relative on a highway through woods at night when headlights illuminated a tall dark bipedal figure standing in the road. The figure bent down, picked up a smaller dark figure, looked toward the car, then carried the smaller figure against its chest while moving quickly on two legs into the woods. Both occupants of the car observed the figure and were left in shock.

The witness and his mother were fishing with his father in a roadside wash at dusk when they heard footsteps in the water that sounded bipedal. A very large, wide figure then came into view in the open wash about 20 feet away, walked past them, turned and went up the bank into the woods. While crossing the yard to prop the barrel upright, they heard brush breaking and saw a very tall hairy creature with long arms staring at them near the woods.
