The witness drove a short distance ahead, stopped, heard movement in the woods and had more small rocks thrown toward him before leaving.

After turning around and losing sight of it, they saw a tall, dark reddish-brown shaggy upright figure cross the road ahead of them in two steps. The figure moved quickly, did not look at the cars, and disappeared into roadside bushes, after which the witnesses left the area.

The next day the witness found a broken post, bent wire, and broken brush leading into the treeline.
