RECENT Close-range multi-witness sighting 40 miles north of Tyler
A couple driving at night spotted a large bipedal figure in their headlights near the roadside by a tree line. The figure, seen from behind, was described as very wide-shouldered and covered in long reddish-brown hair, with notably long arms. It paused briefly in the high beams then continued moving toward the trees as they drove past.

The witness was alone checking hog traps at the secluded, heavily wooded back of a large ranch during the daytime. He saw a very large charcoal-gray hairy biped about six feet tall run behind a tree and hide. Frightened, he left the area immediately and did not see it again.

On a Sunday evening in winter 1996, the witness was driving home from church with at least one other person. They watched a tall, dark, upright figure cross the road and step over a 3.5- to 4-foot barbed-wire fence without breaking stride. The witness identified the figure as a bigfoot.

The witness was hunting hogs when he noticed a large hair-covered figure sitting by a tree. The figure stood up, and the witness observed it through a rifle scope for about half a minute before it walked away. The witness described the figure as very large with long chestnut-brown hair, a hairless face, and large soft brown eyes.
