The witness and a relative were walking out after hunting deer at twilight when a deer ran closely past them followed by a large dark creature with outstretched arms. The creature looked at them, then veered away into dense woods and disappeared within seconds. They left the area and returned to the same spot the next morning.
Daylight sighting of a white creature while walking near Thompsonville
The witness was on an early spring morning walk along a two-track through swampy woods when she heard movement and saw a large white figure moving quickly away about 50 yards away through dense undergrowth. She followed it visually for some distance and noted its rapid movement and swinging arms. The next day she returned to the same area and found very large footprints with only three toes visible and widely spaced, which she interpreted as confirming the figure was not a human.

The witness and a relative were setting up for deer hunting in darkness before dawn. A strong foul odor arose after the relative got into position, and something crashed loudly through the woods past the witness. The witness remained frightened in place until daylight.
Memory told of an early evening sighting at a migrant work camp in Bear Lake
The witness, then a young teenager staying at a migrant apple-picking camp, stepped outside in the evening and saw a very large gray figure walking near a bare hill and orchard tree line toward the highway. The figure was described as thick, hunchbacked, and much taller than a man, moving unlike a man. The witness told no one at the time and now states a belief that such creatures exist.
