Mother and Daughter witness night time sighting and have ongoing activity at their home near Atco
The adult daughter heard an extremely loud, guttural scream or howl lasting 30 to 60 seconds from the backyard behind the house at about 2 a.m. through her open upstairs window. She was badly frightened, closed the window, locked the doors and returned to bed. Her mother was asleep and heard nothing. The home backs onto forest with a creek behind it.

Campsite intrusion near river.
The witness and her husband were camped in a tent on a gravel riverbank during a two-day float trip. About 2 a.m. the witness heard splashing in the river and woke her husband. Something then ran on two legs past their tent, shaking the ground. They later searched but found no tracks and noticed a very foul odor.
