Two companions stopped while on a fishing outing to inspect a river area. They heard large animals moving on both sides of the road and believed they had interrupted two animals crossing. One animal then charged through brush, knocked vegetation down, and a tree was heard being ripped down, followed by silence and faint hiding sounds. Neither witness obtained a visual, and they left without crossing the river to investigate.

Two people camped overnight on a ridge to do night research with call blasting and wood knocks around a fire. Through the night they heard return knocks, unidentified howls and loud sigh-like sounds, and a rock landed near one of them when he stepped away from the fire. In the morning they found a line of large flat footprints that they measured and cast.

The maker was not observed and details were obscured by additional snowfall, but the witness interpreted the tracks as made by a Sasquatch.

The witness estimated the prints at 15.5 inches long with 5- to 7-foot increments and judged no known animal could have made them. The father-in-law found large tracks in snow while going to burn trash and called the reporter. The reporter came over, photographed and measured 17.5-inch prints with strides up to 4.5 feet, and followed them to a steep creek ravine that the maker ascended without slipping. The witness was driving on a rural road in the evening when a large dark hairy quadruped resembling a bear was seen standing in a field beside the car. The animal reportedly kicked a back leg, turned to look at the witness, and remained standing. The witness later returned with a camera and photographed footprints in the snow, and noted a dead deer carcass nearby.

On the morning of December 15, 2013, a fresh inline trackway was spotted from a kitchen window and four people went out to examine it. They followed the large deep prints from the woods behind the house through the backyard and front yard, down a driveway across neighboring property toward a lake. The prints were described as about 14 inches long with a stride of just over six feet, single-file rather than side-by-side, and uniform in size and shape.

While hunting deer in the late morning, the witness found two sizes of barefoot-like impressions in frozen dirt along the same trail. Some impressions showed five toes with no claw marks. The witness sat in a parked car using a predator call to attract coyotes. Looking in the rearview mirror, they saw a hairy figure peeking from behind a tree about 60 feet away, watching the car, then moving to a second tree before disappearing from view. About 20 minutes later a cow elk walked through the same area, which the witness used to estimate the figure's height at about six feet.

The witness was driving on a trail behind her home in the early evening when she noticed movement in the woods to her left. She reported a brief side view of a tall, dark, hairy bipedal animal running awkwardly into the woods and disappearing. She also heard cracking of dead trees and later found a human-like but boxier footprint in sand that was gone when she returned with a relative.
