Two people walking up a marshy hollow came to a split in the stream and found a large mud impression beside a rock on the island. The impression was estimated at about 14 inches long and photographed with a boot for scale. The finder was uncertain whether toe-like shapes were real or imagined.

Late at night at a yurt near a creek, the witness stepped outside and heard loud hooting/howling from across the creek. The sound was heard two more times from inside the yurt, and later the witness saw a faint outline duck behind trees on the hillside. The next morning a partial muddy footprint with hairs was found leading toward the yurt door.

The witness was carrying garbage out to the can when she noticed a large hair-covered creature standing behind her pickup truck watching her. She dropped the bag and ran inside to get her husband, but the creature was gone when he checked with a flashlight. The next day tracks were found leading to and from the food-scrap pile.

On Monday evening 5/14 around 9pm at a relative's riverbank house, the relative noticed a roughly 9- to 10-foot limb protruding from the ground that had not appeared in panoramic photos taken earlier that day. The husband arrived shortly after, felt uneasy and heard rustling in the woods across the river before turning back, and the witness later joined him to inspect the stick and search for footprints without success. During a BFRO trip to Bumping Lake with a friend, the guest was woken around 3:30 a.m. by loud bellowing screams. A hand pushed and swished across the tent near his face and knocked back when he hit the fabric, then walked away. At daylight he found a woven-tree shelter overlooking camps and on exit found the road blocked by three pushed-over trees.

While hiking to search for lost sunglasses, the witness noticed a large human-like barefoot track. The companion later viewed the track and estimated the maker would be at least seven feet tall and the track a few days old. The pair kept watch while returning to the car, and snow fell after they reached home.
Possible trackline found in fresh snow near Willow Springs Lake
The witness rode a snowmobile alone on an unplowed, closed road toward Willow Springs Lake after a heavy overnight snowfall. About a mile and a half from the highway, he found a line of large bare footprints with toes crossing the road from woods to woods. He stopped, turned off the machine, and examined the tracks, noting a long stride in deep snow and no other vehicles or tracks nearby. He had no camera and continued his ride.

The witness was sitting alone in a deer stand in very dark, rainy conditions before dawn when a musky odor was present. He heard a whistle followed by repeated whooping from different directions, along with slow walking sounds and large branches breaking, which faded after several minutes. He stayed in the stand and noticed the odor was gone after sunrise.

The witness and a relative hiked into river swamp woods to hunt squirrel and heard bipedal footsteps described as like a man walking. Later in a meadow they found a single large bare footprint with toes in soft soil around an ant bed, larger than the witness's boot. The witness and a relative were driving on a road through a hunting area late in the morning when they saw a large hair-covered biped beside the road at very close range. The vehicle passed within a few feet of the creature, then they turned around to look again. The creature had left the roadside and left a trail of disturbed vegetation and indistinct footprints. They described its size, build, hair, and facial features in detail.

The witness and two young relatives drove up a mountain logging road to look for sasquatch sign. After stopping to make rock knocks, they heard a single knock returned from the woods below. They then found multiple stick-and-bent-tree structures described as possible nests, and the witness found and cast a large ground imprint thought to be a footprint.
Possible footprints found near Mackinaw River
The witness was building a house near the Mackinaw River and searching the disturbed mud for arrowheads. Beginning in late September, they noticed bare footprints in the mud larger than their own size 13 foot, including during cold weather. The follow-up clarified a total of three prints estimated at about 14 inches long and 6 inches wide without actual measurement, with photos too unclear to publish. The witness doubted anyone would walk barefoot in cold mud at a construction site.
Hikers find possible footprints by a cornfield north of Norris
The witness and a companion were hiking when the companion found large footprints in mud beside a field. They described three deep prints with visible toes that were larger than a boot and spaced wider than a human step, appearing to go into the field and then back into the woods. An investigator later recorded measurements of fifteen inches long by six inches wide.

Months later during elk season the witness and two companions met after one found a large bare footprint in wet sand in a remote draw by a creek. They compared boots to the print and noted clear toes and a push-off shape, estimating it at about fourteen to fifteen inches long. They felt no one would walk barefoot there and had never seen a print like it.

Later that evening the party sat in the area until dark and reported receiving return wood knocks from three directions and hearing unexplained noises. They then reported hearing objects thrown through the woods toward them, with one small object striking a companion, prompting them to leave.

The witness was lying awake in a tent at a Rain Lake campsite with a companion already asleep when a powerful but silent ground thud was felt very close to the tent, followed by a brief skunk-like odor. Later that night the witness heard an unusually loud whoop-like sound first taken for a loon. In the morning an indistinct disturbance entering camp and a freshly snapped tree stump were found, and while hiking out the witness felt watched.
