The witness was lying awake in her motorhome at a secluded river property shortly after midnight when she heard loud banging sounds alternating between two directions. She interpreted the sounds as coming from two individuals exchanging signals. After falling asleep and waking in the morning, she found a single large bare footprint near the gravel walkway and photographed it before it was accidentally erased.
Hiker finds possible tracks in Indian Ridge area of Jasper National Park
The witness hiked solo down off-trail via a gap into a high meadow in Jasper National Park. While crossing the meadow she found a very large footprint with distinct toes and later a second partial impression of similar length. She photographed the tracks and landscape, later noticing what looked like a possible cave opening in the photos.

The witness was driving east with a companion on a private dirt road in daylight when she noticed a dark, shaggy shape behind a fence near Long Creek. She described it as crouched or standing motionless, with a pointed head and broad shoulders, about three feet taller than the fence, and believed it was trying to remain unseen. The companion did not see it, and when they turned around and returned the shape was gone, but they found what they thought were two footprints nearby.
Wood knock in California (2018)
The witness and friends camped at a small creekside site off a mountain road in late June 2018. After evening knocking sounds and a strong musky odor at night, a large human-like creature with yellow eyes appeared at the witness's tent, grabbed it, lifted and dropped the witness inside, then left in a few steps after a shot was fired. The group saw large footprints, later heard whoops from multiple directions, and had a basketball-sized rock thrown at their truck while leaving.

Two companions scouting a conservation area spotted a large dark bipedal figure about 150 to 200 yards away on a trail. The figure crouched, swayed, then moved quickly to the right and disappeared. The men went to the spot and found a very large fresh footprint and freshly broken small trees.

He and two deputies photographed the tracks and interpreted the trail as individuals scouting, pausing, and circling before leaving, then withdrew from the area.
Homeowners find fresh snow tracks of a possible adult and juvenile north of Forsyth
The witness and a companion were asleep at home when they were awakened around midnight by a thump on a storage box beneath the bedroom window and sensations described as footsteps. The next afternoon they found two lines of large human-like barefoot prints in fresh snow leading toward and past the window, merging into one line before crossing the road toward a treeline. The larger prints were measured at 13 to 14 inches long with strides over five feet, while smaller prints were interpreted as a juvenile. Photos and measurements were taken before melt and wind degraded the tracks.

With his coworker and brother-in-law the witness revisited the pond area to find it bulldozed, a track with missing toes, and a large log thrown into the pond with no drag marks. After sitting into the evening coyotes sounded, then a deep howl ending in a growl silenced them followed by a tree knock. The brother-in-law went quiet for days.

The witness and a relative were scouting elk near a mountain summit when the witness saw two dark figures about 300 yards away walking away from them. The relative did not see the figures. The two drove to the rocky ledge where the figures had been, but the figures were gone, and they noted a pair of tracks leading to the edge of a drop in old hard snow.

The witness and his son hiked a closed trail along the river. They heard a loud knock and a whistle, then retreated toward the parking lot while taking photos over the shoulder. One photo later appeared to show a crouching figure by a tree, and photos were also taken of indistinct human-shaped tracks.
Ongoing activity including a late night sighting at a home east of Vestaburg
Around 2 a.m. on a clear night in late October, the witness heard growls and other noises outside his home and went out with a flashlight to investigate. He reported a strong dead-animal odor, movement across the road, and green eyeshine, then watched a tall dark bipedal animal cross the road into his woods and viewed it at close range in the treeline before retreating to the house. He reported hearing noises through the rest of the night and finding a few tracks afterward.
Whoop in Kentucky (2017)
While bow hunting in Kentucky the guest heard a plain higher-pitched whoop on the trail and changed plans. Later after shooting a doe, he and two others found a large heel-like impression at the water's edge leading into the water. He never told the landowner about the whoop.

On September 3, 2017, the witness and two companions were picnicking and hiking in forest land near Colville National Forest. During a daytime walk in a dry creek bed, the witness and a companion found two large human-like footprints. That evening at dusk from near their parked vehicle, they made howl calls and tree knocks and heard two howl responses from different directions.

A short distance farther they found a small tree freshly broken in half and bent down, which they found odd given its proximity to the print.

Four people driving two jeeps on the inner perimeter road of Hopkins Prairie stopped when a large creature appeared about 100 to 150 yards away at the edge of a campground. They watched it walk around a small area with long arms swaying at its sides before it turned and walked into the campground and disappeared. They then went to the spot and found a footprint in wet ground and flattened grass with a stride too wide for a relative to match.

The witness and his wife were sleeping in a tent at a remote campground when nocturnal animal calls erupted and then suddenly stopped. They then heard loud heavy bipedal footsteps with cracking wood approaching their camp. The witness searched the treeline with a flashlight and vehicle high beams but saw nothing, then the entity ran away crashing through limbs and exhaling loudly. At daylight they found broken branches and bare-foot slide marks, then broke camp and left.

The witness was hiking a loop trail in a nature preserve in the afternoon. After hearing something large move away through the woods, the witness noticed a single large footprint on the hard trail surface and photographed it. A loud crash in the trees overhead then frightened the witness, who left the area quickly.

The witness was fly fishing with five friends in the evening when the group heard a snap from across the river. The witness claims a tall creature stood up, growled, and trees fell as the group fled to their truck, then saw the creature walking in front of the gravel road watching them. The group later returned and reported finding tracks, broken trees and unusual intertwined structures.
