Missing chickens lead to discovery of large footprints by chicken coop near Bloomingdale
The witness found all chickens missing from the coop, which was covered in feathers but had no bodies or blood. While searching the property near the creek, the witness discovered a very large footprint and photographed and measured it. An investigator later found additional prints in the same area.

The couple returned to the same road to measure the 2003 crossing and hike all day. They smelled strong urine and rotten-meat odors, found odd stacked limbs and other tree breaks, and watched a large limb fly over a cliff into the creek. The next morning the witness searched the snowy backyard and found many unusual tracks similar to ones seen the prior year. The witness recorded the tracks with video and photos before asking someone else to examine them.

A couple hiking in a wooded nature preserve stepped aside for other hikers and noticed a large footprint off the trail. They photographed it and continued on. A short distance farther they found a small tree freshly broken in half and bent down, which they found odd given its proximity to the print.

A couple staying overnight on the screened porch of a wooded cabin report two nights of disturbance in June 2017. The first night included talk-like and giggling sounds followed by an hour of limbs breaking all around them. The second night something vocalized loudly near the creek, rushed toward the cabin causing felt impacts, then ran off breaking wood. The next morning they found widespread broken limbs and a snapped tree but no footprints, and did not return.

The witness reported being awakened at home by loud vocalizations and sounds of objects hitting the house, with farm and domestic animals reacting. He went outside armed to check the chicken pen and reported seeing a man-like bipedal figure taking chickens and retreating toward the woods. He said he pursued to high ground and aimed through his rifle scope, but branches fell near him and loud movement approached from both sides, prompting him to retreat and later fire toward the hollow. A single track was reported in the creek bottom the next day, but erosion had removed detail.
Strange game camera photo leads to finding possible footprints outside of New London
A game camera captured a close-up image of long reddish-brown hair directly in front of the lens with no body visible. The property owners then found a series of four large barefoot tracks with visible toes coming from the woods past the same camera. They photographed the tracks with a tape measure, and later investigators measured remaining impressions at about 14 inches long. No one reported seeing the creature directly.

A tree-trimming crew reported finding a line of large human-like footprints in snow where their truck got stuck on an icy back road. The prints reportedly came out of the woods onto the road and continued about 160 feet with a long even stride. The witnesses photographed the prints, which had been plowed away by the time an investigator later visited the site.

The witness reported hearing crashing in a wooded ravine below the house on June 4, 2011 and then seeing a chest-high figure that stared for about a minute before descending out of view. No tracks were recovered because the witness avoided the ravine where the creature was thought to stay.

The group took burst photos toward the sounds and then left the area. At home the witness found what he believed to be a black orangutan-faced figure holding a white object in two of the photos, plus a possible smaller shape in a tree.

Late at night the witness heard a very large bipedal animal moving through snowy woods to the woodline, breaking branches and small trees, but could see nothing despite moonlight. After listening with his wife from an upstairs window, he searched in the morning and reported large humanlike tracks, a crushed fence, and a dismembered deer with legs stacked by a sitting impression. While photographing the scene, he says a thrown stick struck his head, prompting him to run to the house.

On June 20, 2004 around 2 a.m., the witness was watching TV at home when she noticed a large dark shadow looking in through full-length windows facing the woods. The shape moved when she turned off the TV, and she remained in the recliner overnight. The next morning she found two very large hand-like prints on the glass that she judged to be non-human based on her fingerprint training.

The witness reports inspecting the yard on May 26, 2002 after being told about footprints about two weeks earlier, finding multiple sets of large footprints following a muddy ravine through the front yard. A bird feeder was found bent over while a nearby feeder was untouched, suspected to have been pulled down by the track makers. The witness states the family has not personally seen the creatures.

In mid-August 1985, the witness had just returned inside after kenneling two large dogs when the dogs began barking intensely. From a kitchen window she watched a large reddish-brown hairy biped run toward a creek for about 30 seconds before it jumped from a drop-off into the creek and headed into the ravine. Later that day she found skid-like slip marks and toe impressions on the trail where it had run.

They found the bed intact but an old wagon moved from a ledge with drag marks in the rock. As they hiked out through a ravine, unseen actors on both ridges followed them for about an hour with knocks, whistles and other vocalizations, shaking and snapping saplings and throwing rocks until the pair reached the woods edge. Neither reported seeing anything.
