A couple hiking in a wetland preserve heard several loud wood knocks after crossing a boardwalk bridge. Later on the trail they found several large barefoot human-like tracks pressed deeply into mud, which the reporter photographed. No creature was seen and no other unusual events occurred at the time.

The witness found all chickens missing from the coop, which was covered in feathers but had no bodies or blood. While searching the property near the creek, the witness discovered a very large footprint and photographed and measured it. An investigator later found additional prints in the same area.

Two people were night fishing from their truck beside a creek. They heard heavy-sounding bipedal-like footsteps moving on the far bank, followed by single hoot-like calls from two positions and later a loud crashing sound like a tree falling. They stayed a while longer before leaving.

A couple staying overnight on the screened porch of a wooded cabin report two nights of disturbance in June 2017. The first night included talk-like and giggling sounds followed by an hour of limbs breaking all around them. The second night something vocalized loudly near the creek, rushed toward the cabin causing felt impacts, then ran off breaking wood. The next morning they found widespread broken limbs and a snapped tree but no footprints, and did not return.

Two companions camped while hunting for five days near Dillon State Park. On successive nights they heard tree knocks from multiple directions, whistles, whoops, loud yells and screams that approached the camp, growling near the camper, and banging on vehicles in a nearby junkyard. By day they found numerous large human-like footprints in a shallow spillway and on a sandy bank, which they photographed with boots for scale. They reported no visual sighting but concluded the sounds and tracks were from a large, athletic creature.

A game camera captured a close-up image of long reddish-brown hair directly in front of the lens with no body visible. The property owners then found a series of four large barefoot tracks with visible toes coming from the woods past the same camera. Three people scouting Twin Creek for a fishing spot found a single very large footprint on a rocky sandbar. They photographed it beside a size 13 foot for scale and measured it at 15 inches long. Investigators later visited the exact site with the witnesses but found no additional tracks due to rocky substrate.

The witness stopped at a rest area in fresh snow to let a dog out and found large tracks in three paths with a wide spread. The witness estimated the prints at 15.5 inches long with 5- to 7-foot increments and judged no known animal could have made them. Ahead, the witness saw a very large dark hairy biped walking along the path shoulder for several seconds before it crossed the path and descended into a wooded gully. The witness left and returned about an hour later with another dog and found and photographed a large footprint where the creature had walked.

While deer hunting, the witness walked through a field and found odd tracks in deep snow. He knelt for a closer look and noted they had human-like toes. He photographed the tracks, which headed north across his property and were estimated to be at least thirteen inches long.

A tree-trimming crew reported finding a line of large human-like footprints in snow where their truck got stuck on an icy back road. The prints reportedly came out of the woods onto the road and continued about 160 feet with a long even stride. The witnesses photographed the prints, which had been plowed away by the time an investigator later visited the site.

Shortly after, they heard a loud crash like a tree or branch breaking and then heard something moving in dense brush alongside the trail, keeping pace as they walked. The follower stopped when they stopped and continued for several minutes before stopping. They never saw the source and photographed the track.

The witness was doing senior photos at a lake with two companions when rocks were repeatedly thrown into the water from across the lake, accompanied by tree knocks and limb breaking. The group took burst photos toward the sounds and then left the area. At home the witness found what he believed to be a black orangutan-faced figure holding a white object in two of the photos, plus a possible smaller shape in a tree.

Around 4 a.m. the witness awoke to heavy footsteps coming down a steep high wall to the tent, followed by heavy breathing and a throat-clear that mimicked his own. He shouted that he had a gun while his companion remained asleep, then heard the visitor drink from the water with its hands, sit briefly by the tent, and climb back up. The next morning they found 18-inch tracks at the edge of the reeds.

A group hiking in Salt Fork State Park in the evening reported footprints, grunts and glimpsed movement. The main witness waited ahead with two younger companions and reported seeing a tall hairy biped peeking from behind a tree and then from behind a rock. The three companions ran back to their cabin and later said all three had seen the figure.
