Growl near Beaver, Washington (2024)
The witness was sleeping lightly in a tent on family property during a reunion camping trip after several nights of growls, whoops, and sounds of movement in the woods. About 1:46am something pressed the back of the tent against her back, grabbed her left arm through the fabric, and shook the tall air mattress violently while a bright white light shone on the tent. The shaking and light stopped, and she found the tent had been pushed 5 to 7 feet forward. She stayed awake, left the next morning, and later found fingerprint-like marks on her arm that were photographed.
Growl in Ohio (2024)
The witness returned to the same trail area with a cousin and left apples after knocking and calling. They heard a very deep growl from a low bush and chatter-like sounds behind them, then cracking sounds circling their camp until rain. Later the witness saw two pairs of bright amber eyes peering from behind trees, spoke to them, and the eyes vanished; the apples were gone on the way out.
Multiple family members mention multiple incidents on isolated property near the Canadian border
During a severe nighttime windstorm with power out, the witness looked out an upstairs window toward a chicken coop and saw a tall dark bipedal figure silhouetted against the coop. The figure faced the house then turned and left quickly toward the woods. Household members downstairs and upstairs simultaneously heard guttural howl-like and whoop-like sounds with growls, and dogs barked intensely. Next morning a heavy trash bin lid was found displaced opposite the wind direction with trash bags missing and a trash trail into the woods.
Recent activity heard over three nights at a cabin, near Plain
The witness stayed four nights in a rented cabin above the Wenatchee River with two relatives. On three consecutive nights between about 1 and 3 a.m. she heard repeated howls from the forest while awake with windows open. On the third night she also heard three loud single wood knocks followed by several minutes of thumping on the lower back deck. On the fourth night, when other people were nearby and all three listened, nothing was heard.
Unidentified sound in Utah (2022)
The witness woke in the middle of the night to a loud bang against the trailer and later heard slow rhythmic footsteps and additional bangs until sunrise. Camera clips recorded the impact sounds. The next day the witness found fresh damage, a large muddy handprint on the awning arm, and a deep heel print that split the doormat.
Tracks in Georgia (2021)
Since about 2021 the witness reports ongoing activity around his Georgia hunting property: a deep 15-inch footprint and an 8-inch track, peanut butter jars removed without triggering trail cameras, snapped-off trees, whistles, a tater rake disappearing and reappearing, pebble-sized rocks hitting his blind, and chickens taken through a hole four feet up. The only direct sighting was last week when scanning a power line edge revealed 4-5 foot high paired red eyes that ducked behind a tree and vanished.
Sasquatch howls recorded in Madawaska Valley, SE of Algonquin Provincial Park
The witness and seven companions were staying at a rented cottage on Spectacle Lake. On the night of July 27 they heard intermittent howls from across the lake for about half an hour, then heard a branch break near the tree line. After going to bed something struck the cottage hard, followed by mumbling sounds outside a window and a long scrape along the wall; a morning search found no tracks, damage, or thrown objects.
Vocalization in Texas (2020)
Over about four years the household noticed odd sounds, smells and disturbances around their wooded Texas property. They heard voice-like calls, hoots, growls and repeated wood knocks, found scat, stripped and snapped trees, and missing bait. A wide bare footprint with a deep heel was later found in a raised garden bed after crops were taken, though neither person ever saw an animal.

Four campers spending the night near a creek reported hearing aggressive vocalizations described as a mix of whoops and screams, then seeing the silhouette of a very tall figure with a wide torso about fifteen feet away. They retreated to their truck before setting up camp, and later that night heard a deep whistle, crunching footsteps, pebbles hitting tents, and a branch breaking, along with a foul odor while a small dog growled. By morning a chair was found knocked over, but no tracks were located on the rocky ground.

The witness and three friends camped in the park in summer 2019 and hiked the towpath trail near the river after dusk. They had sticks then small rocks thrown behind them, smelled a pungent odor, felt watched, and fled. After stopping to rest they heard a loud deep growl and saw a very tall dark-haired humanoid in a weapon-mounted light before it stepped behind an oak and disappeared. They ran to camp, heard disturbances overnight, and in the morning found the campsite strewn about, a food pot missing, and two neat piles of large rocks by the fire pit.
Rock throwing and stalking near Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest
The witness and two relatives were camped in a remote site in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Late at night the witness heard prolonged rustling and crackling at the camper's tarp porch, initially thinking a bear had returned. About half an hour later multiple rounds of rocks struck the camper, including a larger rock on the roof, waking the other two campers. In the morning the camp was undisturbed and a rock was found in a hammock behind the camper.

The witness reports ongoing nighttime disturbances over about a month, coinciding with logging on an adjacent property. Claimed activity includes tree knocks, footsteps and running around the house, growling outside, and slaps or thuds against the house. The family reports feeling watched while walking from their parked car to the house, the outside dog refusing to leave the porch after dark, and one night a branch landing on the porch followed by a shotgun shot into the air to scare whatever was there.

The witness and friends camped at a small creekside site off a mountain road in late June 2018. After evening knocking sounds and a strong musky odor at night, a large human-like creature with yellow eyes appeared at the witness's tent, grabbed it, lifted and dropped the witness inside, then left in a few steps after a shot was fired. The group saw large footprints, later heard whoops from multiple directions, and had a basketball-sized rock thrown at their truck while leaving.
Man has nighttime sighting of creature walking across his property
Over several months, a couple at a rural home report nightly sounds including knocks, whistles, calls and footsteps, along with missing poultry, cats and a displaced ball. About one to two months ago, the husband witness saw a tall, hair-covered biped walk past their trailer and behind it, disappearing in under ten seconds. The couple report feeling scared to go outside and believe more than one creature may be in the area near caves.
Homeowners find fresh snow tracks of a possible adult and juvenile north of Forsyth
The witness and a companion were asleep at home when they were awakened around midnight by a thump on a storage box beneath the bedroom window and sensations described as footsteps. The next afternoon they found two lines of large human-like barefoot prints in fresh snow leading toward and past the window, merging into one line before crossing the road toward a treeline. The larger prints were measured at 13 to 14 inches long with strides over five feet, while smaller prints were interpreted as a juvenile. Photos and measurements were taken before melt and wind degraded the tracks.
Door or window contact near Stillwater, Oklahoma (2018)
After buying a large older rural house the witness and child experienced footsteps, pounding on a glass sunroom that frightened dogs, a cabinet door opening on its own with a temperature drop, and shadow figures. Once a drinking glass moved from a cabinet and shattered in another room and a dog suffered a cut on top of its paw. The witness eventually sold the property and reported no further activity after leaving.
Hunters experience possible vocalizations, wood knocks, felled trees, over eight days in Squaw Valley
Two hunters spent eight days camping in a tent while hunting. Most nights they heard moaning/howling and reciprocal wood knocks that seemed to move closer, and one night heard growls outside the tent but saw nothing when they rushed out with guns and flashlights. Twice they returned from hunting to find trees blocking or inside camp, including a large healthy green pine pushed over. After losing sleep they left for a family cabin and returned next morning to find the tent zipper partly open with the lantern still on.
Possible encounter in darkness outside Cle Elem
A group of four was camped overnight in a remote riverside campground. About 3 a.m. the witness, sleeping in a vehicle, woke to rustling and watched a large dark figure hunched over the picnic table going through bags and trash from about 15 feet away. Companions in tents heard rustling and grunting. In the morning there was no scattered trash, but a charcoal bag showed marks and some contents missing.
Strange occurrences at a rural cabin near West Union causes owner to put it up for sale
A couple staying overnight on the screened porch of a wooded cabin report two nights of disturbance in June 2017. The first night included talk-like and giggling sounds followed by an hour of limbs breaking all around them. The second night something vocalized loudly near the creek, rushed toward the cabin causing felt impacts, then ran off breaking wood. The next morning they found widespread broken limbs and a snapped tree but no footprints, and did not return.
Sasquatch sighting near Ozark County (2017)
The witness was staying at his uncle's cattle farm to shoot a suspected coyote stealing chickens. From a barn loft at night he watched a tall bipedal creature emerge from the tree line and move very quickly toward the coops. After he shouted, it growled, screamed and charged the barn, shaking it, while he fired dozens of rounds down at it before it fled to the woods. No blood was found, only partial tracks, and a conservation officer told them to keep quiet.
