The witness stayed at a remote boat-access camp fishing from the bank while others were away night-fishing or asleep. Around 11:30 p.m. the witness heard two identical loud piercing screams about 30 seconds apart from an estimated 75-100 yards away. No source was seen and no boats were heard, and the witness later told the returning companions about the sounds.

The witness and his wife were inside their home late at night when they heard a brief, intense shrill screaming sound coming from woods across a farm field. Over about thirteen years living on the forested property, the guest reports seasonal activity in fall and spring involving loud vocalizations and groups of red glowing eyes watching from the tree line and yard. About ten feet away he illuminated a large hairy upright figure, saw its torso, arm and legs, then it huffed forcefully and he fled back to camp.

The witness was cutting firewood in the morning when they heard heavy movement in nearby brush. A large upright creature about 50 yards away looked at them with yellowish eyes and exhaled loudly through its nostrils. The witness was climbing a steep ridge before dawn with hunting gear when his light revealed three or four sets of yellow eyes about 60 yards ahead. One set rose vertically and maintained eye contact as the group moved off across a hollow without showing deer traits like a white tail or snort. Shortly after, a heavy object landed near him, which he later interpreted as thrown, followed by guttural vocalizations unlike known wildlife and a skunky odor at a suspected bedding area.

The witness, a tour guide, was waiting at the mountain-top cavern entrance with two tourists for the return bus on a cloudy day. They heard repeated thumping and noticed treetops moving along a ravine about 200 yards away, then briefly watched a huge bipedal figure with swinging arms run downhill toward the lake and disappear while footfalls remained audible. The witness radioed for the bus and left with the group, later quitting the job to avoid being alone on the mountain.

Two companions shoveling snow noticed barefoot-like prints and followed them into the woods. They watched two large greyish furry figures, one pounding and shaking a thin tree and the other digging in snow, while noticing a foul odor. The creatures vocalized and ran off when they noticed the witnesses, who briefly tried to follow before giving up.
