While on a family houseboat trip, the witness walked up a creek bed and found two sizes of bare human-like five-toed tracks that crossed sharp rocks and entered the woods. That night while sleeping atop the beached houseboat with a relative, both heard two loud distant resonant screams that rose high then dropped into a gargle-growl. The relative also later reported hearing heavy footsteps, breathing and grunting along the shore before dawn.

Two companions were camping on an open hill in the early morning hours, playing cards in their tent while trying to sleep. They heard a strange sporadic high-pitched gasping sound, then after a light sleep heard rustling, quiet footsteps, and handling of food wrappers outside. They reported a strong rotten and sweaty odor and felt a huge body press against the tent. They remained awake until dawn, then broke camp and left the area quickly.

The witness was walking home through woods at dusk when a very large, completely hairy human-like figure was seen a few feet away in dense vegetation parallel to the trail. As the witness ran toward home, the figure ran alongside in the brush making deep grunt and roar-like sounds. The figure stopped and stayed crouched in cover at the edge of an open field while the witness continued home and reported what happened to a parent.

The witness and companions stopped on a high logging road at night and whistled loudly over a canyon. They then heard three loud whistle replies over about 20 minutes, each from a different direction, the last from the ridgeline above them. The witness briefly saw the outline of a figure on the ridgeline, which was gone after looking away to alert a companion.

The witness and a companion were sleeping in their truck at a forest camp late at night when a large bipedal shape walked past and went to trash bags hung high in a tree. The shape reached up, carried one bag into the woods where tearing and eating sounds were heard, then returned about half an hour later to take a second bag. The pair remained in the truck, then packed up and left to spend the rest of the night elsewhere.

The witness group was in an open field when they heard a howling/growling noise from the tree line. They approached and saw a creature crouched down that then stood about eight feet tall before running quickly toward a swamp. They did not follow into the swamp but found bark shredded from the tree where it had been.

After unsettling sounds and a parked motorcycle being knocked over twice, the companion confronted whoever was responsible near a downed log on a steep hillside. The witness was on a mountain road trip with his wife and brother when they stopped on the roadside for a break. A very loud, very close scream was heard that seemed to pass overhead from one side of the canyon to the other. The group left immediately without investigating, and about a month later the wife matched what they heard to a bigfoot scream heard on television.

The witness was waiting on railroad tracks near Biern, Arkansas for coworkers after finishing forestry line work on a clear warm afternoon. At a track crossing in the distance the witness saw a tall dark figure that turned its whole upper body and stepped toward the witness. After a nearby truck started, the figure left the tracks for the woods in two long steps, and the witness heard unfamiliar growling and vocal sounds. The witness later waited locked inside the work vehicle until coworkers returned.

Over about a year the guest repeatedly glimpsed the female watching from the woods while riding a go-kart, heard whoops, whistles and odd owl-like sounds, and sensed a much larger male whose presence changed the air and who appeared wider than trees behind the tree fort. On dark early mornings he and his brother ran the gravel road to the bus stop while something paced them on either side until they reached the street light.

During the night the guest heard heavy steps groaning the deck boards, felt something run by the wall, and his father silently signaled three outside while holding a gun and hearing chatter-like vocalizations. In the morning all food was gone with no debris and a large hand grip and finger drag mark in grease on the pole.

It turned toward him, growled, bared teeth and stepped toward him until he cocked his rifle hammer. The creature then stopped, left the way it came, and screamed from a distance as the witness fled to the road and later told his father.

Later that night something heavy walked on the camper deck and vocalized while the father kept the boys quiet, and by [name withheld] food left on a greased pole was gone with a large hand mark in the grease.
