The witness and a companion were at home late at night when they heard loud, deep, rhythmic calling from the woods behind the house. They described at least three separate voices calling back and forth and moving closer over about two hours, while dogs cowered and cats hid and other night sounds stopped. They could not identify the sounds as known animals and later felt they resembled whoop recordings attributed to Bigfoot.

After the property owner and another man drove away, two unseen figures on the ridge behind the cabin howled back and forth for six to eight hours whenever the guest went outside. The howling stopped abruptly when vehicles returned. The guest believed the sounds were Bigfoot.

The witness first thought it might be a bear but felt unusually creeped out and scared. After later reading reports, the witness concluded the visitor rummaging through their belongings had been a Bigfoot.

The witness was visiting family property after a death in the family and walked to a truck late at night while relatives waited inside. Five people camping together turned off a loud car stereo after noticing a strange sound. They then heard a series of loud, deep, aggressive bellowing vocalizations that seemed to come from 50 to 200 yards away in nearby canyons, each lasting several seconds. About 15 minutes after the last call, coyotes were heard from several directions and no further similar sounds occurred.

The witness was camped alone beside the Buffalo River on a solo turkey hunt. At about 4:30 a.m. while eating breakfast at camp, the witness heard a loud whoop-like call from the mountainside to the southwest, followed within two seconds by an even louder similar call from across the river to the northwest. The witness judged the second sound was not an echo and interpreted the two calls as two Sasquatches communicating from roughly one-quarter to one-third mile away.

The witness and her husband were relaxing on the back porch of a mountain cabin in the evening when they heard prolonged loud howling from across the mountain to the southeast. They heard faint whoops from multiple directions that at times overlapped, then paused, then resumed from a different direction. They then saw a large dark furry animal running away through small trees, pushing them aside, and they left the area.

Over about 8-10 minutes he heard three howl-like vocalizations that sounded progressively closer, the last from behind the outhouses. Feeling uneasy, he left the area immediately.

The witness and a companion drove to a prior sighting location in the afternoon to investigate. Shortly after exiting the vehicle they heard a loud whack followed by rhythmic knocking sounds. The witness walked into the surrounding woods while maintaining radio contact and heard loud bipedal-sounding footsteps ahead that continued for several minutes. When the witness returned, the companion said the knocks had stopped at the same time, and no tracks were found.

The witness and daughter exited the back of the house after a rainstorm and noticed a foul odor like rotten eggs and garbage. The witness then heard a deep growl and saw a tall hair-covered figure about 25 feet away step from behind a pecan tree into plain view. They observed each other for about two minutes before the figure turned and ran.

The witness found a foul-smelling bedding area thought at first to be from deer or other game and then found large slide-like tracks leading to and from the site. After following the tracks, the witness smelled the same odor again and heard an unfamiliar grunting or growling sound before it went quiet and the scent faded. The witness also noted deep impressions and small broken tree limbs about six and a half to seven feet high before leaving the area.

Very loud bipedal footsteps heard early in the morning outside a home

The witness woke around 7 a.m. to dogs barking and heard extremely loud, slow bipedal footsteps coming down a hill to the house. From the bedroom window the witness saw only huge legs passing by, with no torso or arms visible, then heard the steps continue past the house to the woods on the other side. The witness stayed still out of fear and did not look out other windows.
