While driving out of a clear-cut on a forestry road after searching for artifacts, the witness spotted a large dark animal about 200 yards away moving downhill toward a creek. He stopped to watch it walk upright with a stooped posture for about 75 yards, swinging its arms, until it entered the treeline along the creek. He drove across the creek to look for it on the other side, but it never emerged, and he did not leave his vehicle to search.

A family living in a rural wood-frame home reported repeated nighttime visits over several years by two large hair-covered bipeds, one larger and one smaller.
