They observed a large upright creature crossing a road on thermal, approaching to about 90 feet, then fleeing into a thicket where facial details were seen. Later they heard a howl, whoops from multiple directions and grunting near the truck, then felt an impact while driving out that left a dent from a thrown rock.

She then heard loud movement through leaves toward an old road, followed by a whoop that rose from low to very loud, before the source moved away along a ridge.

The guest was fishing alone for catfish at night from a low creek bank with a lantern turned low. He heard something run on bare feet across a road, grab a guardrail, and slide down riprap rocks toward the creek. He then heard movement in cane, a whoop followed by a long vocalization, saw widely spaced reddish-orange eyeshine, and heard baseball-sized rocks hitting the water before it moved away.

Guest age 7 and his grandfather saw a tall upright figure standing above the corn at the edge of the field in the evening and went inside. Later that night the guest woke to a strong odor and saw a dark hairy figure filling the bedroom window looking in, while his grandfather held a pistol. The figure moved to the front porch where the grandfather fired a shotgun through the screen door, after which it fled up the road vocalizing with screams and distant whoops.
