An upright, hairy figure emerged from the woods and moved quickly toward the driver's side door, prompting the witness to drive away quickly. In the rearview mirror the witness saw the figure cross the road behind the vehicle. The witness also reported a strong skunk-like and urine odor despite closed windows.

Through the night they heard movement around the tents, sticks hitting trees, branches breaking, and had objects disturbed including a tent stake pulled out. They also reported white eyeshine, a pungent odor, a dark figure seen in the treeline after daylight, and footprints and torn branches found in the morning.

A couple camping on an isolated site finished dinner and sat by a campfire when the wife felt watched and fearful. The husband searched with lights and briefly saw movement in the trees about 30 feet away, including what looked like a large dark lower leg. While inside the trailer the wife heard two to three whooping sounds from that wooded area.

The witness was riding in the back seat of a car traveling west in the early morning. After noticing a strong rotten-egg and wet-dog odor, the witness saw a large dark hair-covered figure standing by a palm 300-500 yards away and facing the road. The view lasted only a few seconds before roadside trees blocked it. After turning around and returning, the figure was gone but a strange smell lingered.

In June 2008 around 9:30 p.m., the witness was walking with a child along a road toward a farm when a strange high-pitched howl and musty odor were noticed. Afterwards they noted disturbed rocks and a partial heel print that later dried out and was not photographed.

The witness heard heavy two-legged steps and watched a tall hairy figure with a conical head cross a field with long strides and step over a barbed-wire fence. After whistling, the witness raised a hand and the figure appeared to raise its hand in return before leaving.
