Sighting of two animals walking a ridge line in Salt Fork State Park
The witness, a vendor at a weekend event in a state park, went out early the next morning to check the spot where a fisherman claimed an encounter. While walking a trail at sunrise, the witness heard talking-like sounds from a ridge and then saw two large black hairy figures. The figures walked quickly away along the ridge and into brush despite attempts to follow, and the witness took a cell-phone photo of one looking back.

Late at night the witness was driving alone on a toll road toward the airport after slowing for a delayed flight and rain. About 10 feet from the roadside the witness saw a very large silver-grey coarse-haired figure with a very broad back and very wide shoulders moving very fast away from the road toward a fence, hunched or bent over. The witness stated it was unlike deer, turkey, hog, cow, bear or human commonly seen in the area.

Only the upper body was visible, showing a pointed head and human-like arm swing. The witness sped up and then stopped to look, but the figure had disappeared into open scrub and could not be relocated.

Two girls encountered a tall dark figure at close range in a marshy wooded area near a fence. The figure left quickly while splashing through water, as a nearby cat reacted with alarm and neighboring dogs barked and fled. The witnesses then heard loud imitative barking and cow-like sounds from different directions, followed by faint responses to their own knocks. They went inside and later recounted the events to family and an investigator.

The witness was driving east to work in the early morning when headlights illuminated a large hair-covered biped in the road. The creature crossed from a field into woods on the south side in two quick steps without looking at the vehicle. The witness stopped the truck to look and listen but the creature was out of sight and nothing was heard.

Late at night three companions pulled over by an overgrown archery field to look for deer and noticed green eyeshine wide apart just above tall grass. The source of the eyes stood upright to a great height, looked toward them, then walked into the adjoining woods. After leaving, they returned for a size comparison with a 6-foot companion walking toward the treeline while the others watched from the truck; the figure reappeared, stood up and towered over the companion before leaving into the woods again.

Two occupants driving south on Highway 19 in the early morning reported seeing a tall brown human-shaped figure at the treeline that moved into the center of the road in front of them. They described it as about eight to nine feet tall with long arms held out and said they braked and narrowly avoided hitting it. They chose not to turn back and continued driving.

Before dawn the witness was driving slowly on an icy highway when headlights revealed a dark upright figure paused in the ditch. The figure then ran bipedally across the road in a few very long strides and disappeared into woods near a vacant farm. The witness described it as tall, bulky and black with long arms and immediately called the spouse. A later daytime check of the site found no tracks.

About 25 minutes after the charge, while standing in the parking lot, the two noticed a purplish-orange light at treetop level on the sparse ridgeline. It turned pure white, expanded into a tall tower and then a full-moon sized circle behind the trees without sound or illumination of surroundings, then slowly shrank to a point and blinked out. They stayed out until about 5 a.m. and searched the ridge the next morning finding no human sign.

While talking about implants, they heard heavy bipedal footsteps approach down the trail, saw a huge looming figure, shouted for identification with no response, and it charged to within 10-12 feet before veering downhill. They shone headlamps where it stopped, saw nothing, felt watched, then retreated backward to the parking lot and listened in silence.

The witness was driving at night toward a relative's house when headlights revealed a very large black hairy biped near the roadside. The figure stepped into the road directly in front of the truck, took four steps across, and disappeared into the woods within seconds. The witness was driving home at night and scanning a field when they noticed an unfamiliar light-colored, long-haired animal on all fours standing still. The animal was described as larger than a dog but shorter than a buck deer, very heavily built, and kept its head down as the witness drove past. They then saw a very tall, black, hairy upright figure on the opposite side of the highway that paused, appeared to turn its head toward them, and ran into the adjacent pine woods.

The witness was in the kitchen in the morning and looked out a window toward the woods to check why the dogs were barking. From about 500 feet away, the witness saw the upper half of a large dark upright figure moving south along the treeline behind a knoll. The figure had a large head with no visible snout and large swinging arms, and was estimated at eight to nine feet tall. It did not react to the barking dogs and continued on its way.

The witness was walking a puppy along a bikeway when the dog began barking. Ahead, the witness saw a very large dark hairy biped walking along the path shoulder for several seconds before it crossed the path and descended into a wooded gully. The witness left and returned about an hour later with another dog and found and photographed a large footprint where the creature had walked.
Nighttime encounters close to home near Morgan
The witness was outside behind home around 9 pm and heard heavy leaves crunching. The witness then saw a large hairy slouched figure standing under a security light watching, estimated at about nine to ten feet tall. The witness whistled several times, the figure turned to look and then walked with a long stride behind nearby trailers toward the woods.

The witness was driving east in a work van when they saw a tall, brownish-grey upright figure walking just inside a woodline about 100 yards from the road. The figure moved east then turned south toward the river and was seen between trees for about 10 seconds. Other drivers behind the witness also slowed, which the witness thought was to look at the same thing.

The witness stopped at a stop sign at night and saw several deer running fast across an open field. She then saw a very tall, hairy bipedal creature chasing the deer. Both the deer and the creature ran into trees at the edge of the field, and the frightened witness drove home and told her parents.

On a night trip in early March 2013, the witness and three companions stopped in the woods around 2:30 a.m. after hearing a loud moaning sound. The witness shone a light downhill and saw a head with two closely spaced eyes about 40 feet away and 5 to 6 feet off the ground. The eyes stared for about 45 seconds before sidestepping behind a tree, and a quick search found nothing and no tracks.

Just before sunrise in March 2013, the witness was on the side of the road and saw a tall black figure in the rear-view mirror pass behind the vehicle and cross the road in three strides. The witness first thought it was a person out walking, but later noted the walking trail was ahead while the area behind was a guardrail and steep drop-off that was very difficult to walk.
