Sasquatch sighting near Milledgeville, Georgia (2010)
The guest's friend was hunting from a rock overlooking a creek bottom when he shot at a hog. A large upright creature stood from the bushes below, looked toward him and repeatedly bared its teeth, then walked over a ridge. The friend dropped his rifle, fled to the truck in shock, later quit the club and remained armed at home.
Man describes his father's sighting near Lakeland
Late at night the witness stepped onto the porch for a smoke and heard an unfamiliar terrifying vocalization. Shining a light, the witness saw the silhouette of a tall bipedal figure near the pond that stood up and ran off, with vocalizations continuing fainter into the distance. A relative living in the house came outside and heard the final vocalization and a distant gunshot, and another relative later arrived to find the area empty.

The nephew rode ahead of a large group on a dirt bike and stopped to wait. He saw a tall figure standing by a tree watching him and swaying as if unsure. He threw a rock, hid behind brush, and the figure left through the woods as the group arrived.

For six to eight months an elderly farmer and his wife reported nightly tapping that followed them room to room, shadows outside windows, a barn door torn open, missing dog food and missing outdoor dogs, and a low voice whispering the indoor dog's name. The responding deputy initially suspected neighbors, moonshiners or a grow operation, but later found a large hand-like dent in the house and an 18-inch footprint in the creek that he cast. The cast was later reported to show dermal ridges and to be considered authentic east of the Mississippi.

A farm worker on a night irrigation check saw a large round shape balled on the ground that stood up to about eight feet with hair all over and a man-like face. He struggled to free his truck from wet field while it walked toward him, then drove out dragging wire. He refused to check irrigation again and still avoids going out after dark.

Soon after the tree fall, the witness arrived home to find a relative firing a shotgun toward the chicken coop at a tall hairy upright figure that ran off on two legs. Shortly afterward the witness found a single large distinct footprint with visible toes beside a car in muddy ground. The print was estimated at about fourteen inches long and eight inches wide.
