Human? Sasquatch? Other? ... Hiker photographs strange small figure wading in remote marshy pond
On a Monday afternoon day off, the witness hiked alone to a remote glacial pond and bog. From the pond overlook around 1pm she noticed a figure wading at the far edge and took two photos, after which the figure turned to look at her. Feeling frightened she left, later checked the shoreline from another path and found no one, and on reviewing the images thought the figure looked inhuman.

The guest describes a night walk with a large research team that crossed a creek and headed into thick brush before turning back. On the return, two team members scanned behind them with thermal and captured a large heat signature behind a tree plus a smaller signature nearby. The group interpreted it as a large female with a juvenile and discovered large footprints there the next day.

A driver traveling west on an interstate in Pennsylvania in the late afternoon saw a tall, uniformly dark, slender upright figure cross the highway from right to left in front of a car ahead. The figure moved quickly and smoothly, cleared a guardrail without pausing, and disappeared into a wooded median within a few seconds. A passenger in the truck did not see the figure.

Three witnesses feeding a dog noticed dogs barking and running toward a figure emerging from a treed area. The figure moved quickly without running across a pasture toward a pond, walking upright before dropping to all fours near the pond, while the dogs stopped barking and returned to the house. The witnesses recorded distant photos and video that are unclear when enlarged.

The witness received a motion alert from a cellular trail camera overlooking a creek and saw a single large brown-and-black bipedal figure standing in the water about 100 feet away. A live view checked seconds later showed the figure was gone, and an evening search found no footprints. Comparison photos with a 6-foot relative standing at the same spot suggested the figure was several feet taller and two to three times wider.
UFO sighting (2025)
On Halloween the guest was busy in the garden before a party when he looked up and saw an amber fiery ball just above the neighbor's roofline moving oddly then speeding over the trees. He later checked his front camera and found a pure-white object on full-color night vision that appeared to materialize by the moonlit clouds, drop over the roofline and approach the house.
Tribal members on Rocky Boy Indian Reservation record a Bigfoot encounter
Four companions were at a forest picnic camping area late at night and tried wood knocks after noticing eyeshine. Two companions left the vehicle with lights and encountered a very tall hair-covered figure that stepped from behind a tree, looked at them, then walked away slowly. After retreating to the vehicle, the group saw a brown shape crawling toward them and drove away quickly. A companion recorded video of the encounter on a phone.
Hikers near the Pacific Crest Trail observe three sasquatches 24 miles north of Mt. Rainier at Government Meadows
A couple hiking to a cabin at Government Meadows surprised three large hairy bipeds behind the cabin. The subjects moved quickly from right to left, with a smaller adult carrying a juvenile on its back, then disappeared behind terrain. The witnesses approached the area, found a large print, and recorded video of their reaction afterward.

The witness climbed a steep hillside alone to look down into a replanted valley after rock hunting with relatives who had left. He watched a dark figure walk through small trees and brush its hand across a treetop, then lost it while retrieving a phone from his truck. He filmed the spot for an hour but captured only an unclear blob, and next day found a stump where the figure had stood.
Partial sighting (2022)
While alone in a golf cart the witness saw a bright thermal signature partly behind a tree. Two more heat signatures then appeared in dense vegetation, leaving the witness flanked. The witness could not find them with a spotlight and left.
Sasquatch sighting in Minnesota (2022)
The witness was plowing an isolated field while on the phone with his sister when he saw a large dark shape in the corn. He walked from the tractor toward it while filming, watched it stand bipedally well above the 7-8 foot corn, heard a loud rattling scream, was charged and chased back to the tractor, then watched it run back into the corn. He kept video of the distant figure and finished the field before leaving.
Cryptid sighting in Arkansas (2022)
After moving back to Arkansas, the witness went for a solo afternoon hike on a waterfall trail in the Ozarks. The forest suddenly went completely silent and still, then he heard something pacing him in the thick woods. Looking back he filmed a pitch-black silhouette with a deer-like head and horn-like projections that was gone on his return, where vegetation was smashed flat. While bent over filming unusually large deer-like scat near the trail end, a loud close twig snap with nothing visible triggered intense fear, and he hurried to his truck and avoided the woods for about a year.
UFO sighting (2022)
In 2022 the guest and his neighbor stood outside the front of the house and saw distant shimmering lights in unfamiliar purples and bright colors, about three or four with one stationary. He drove toward them but by the time he reached the field they flashed above the trees and were gone. Someone else's zoomed footage appeared to show a silver disc.
Sasquatch sighting near Ashford, Washington (2022)
The youth stayed in the family SUV while his father walked down a game trail to make calls. After hiding in the back to play a prank, he looked up and saw a tall black figure pulling on a large log and pounding it with its fist. He shouted the family code word, searched for his phone to record, and when he looked again the figure was gone but branches were moving despite little wind.
Sasquatch sighting in Utah (2022)
Around 1 to 2 a.m. the camera recorded an upright figure holding a pine tree with its left hand, opening a very large mouth with smeared lips and big teeth. It then pushed off the tree upright and sprinted away out of frame. The witness dropped the phone, felt the display was a threat to be eaten, and remained frozen fearing it knew the sleeping location.
Eyeshine in Utah (2022)
The motion camera alerted to a pair of eyeshines behind a tree across the driveway that swayed back and forth and had not been present earlier. The witness texted the landlord while watching. When the landlord came outside the eyes disappeared immediately.
Scream in Utah (2022)
After hearing a prolonged scream like a woman dying in the distance, the witness checked the outward-facing camera and saw a large figure on the garage roof reaching down with an arm. When infrared light hit it, the figure quickly lifted its arm and head to stare at the camera, showing a broad mouth, lips, nose and eyes. The witness stopped watching and felt shaken.

The witness was duck hunting on foot in a remote marsh in north-central Wisconsin on the morning of October 17, 2021. From a distance he noticed a large black bipedal figure moving quickly through swamp muck away from him, watching it with the naked eye for several hundred yards before capturing phone photos and video. After the hunt he checked the access points and found no other people or vehicles.
Sasquatch sighting in Texas (2021)
The guest was on his North Texas farm on a Saturday morning going to his prayer room when he saw a large reddish creature moving quickly across distant pastures. He recorded it on his phone from about 125 yards as it carried what looked like a gray deer on its back. The creature paused at a 48-inch fence, stepped over it easily, moved into trees, reappeared behind a post, then disappeared toward the east.
Sasquatch sighting in Ohio (2021)
The couple returned to the same road to measure the 2003 crossing and hike all day. They smelled strong urine and rotten-meat odors, found odd stacked limbs and other tree breaks, and watched a large limb fly over a cliff into the creek. Through binoculars the witness saw a black-furred being from waist up behind a tree staring back until it blinked, hid, reappeared, and later vanished by bending down. The husband saw an arm, they heard knocks, a whoop and running, and later found a large bare footprint in a creek bank and an impression behind a tree.
