The closer witness looked and saw a very dark, massive, hair-covered form about 20-30 feet away. The creature turned from side view to face them, stepped toward them, then squatted down and stared, showing amber eyes and a hair-covered face.

The witness claims a family group has visited a rural wooded property regularly for nearly two years, typically evenings to early mornings several times a week. Reported activity includes footprints, wood knocks, odors, vocalizations, trail and structure formation, and direct sightings with food exchange and close interactions. An investigator visited the densely brushed property, observed extensive trails and shelter-like spots, and interviewed the household about four to five individuals of different sizes.

The witness stayed awake afraid until daylight and left quickly in the morning.

During a lunch break they noticed a tall dark stump-like shape about 25-30 yards into the forest and watched it remain motionless for 30-45 minutes. When they later looked again the shape was gone, leaving no matching stump. They concluded the object may have been a sasquatch calmly observing them despite hours of shotgun noise.

She saw a large fur-covered creature on its knees drinking, which then stood up very tall and stepped over a stump. She ran screaming toward the trailer while the creature also screamed, and her companion heard it screaming and breaking trees as it moved away.

No full animal was clearly seen.

The witness then saw a creature stand from behind a bush about 75 yards away, stare briefly, and dart into the woods. Minutes later it reappeared higher on the steep hillside, ran across openings, jumped a ravine, and walked behind a knoll, while the witness's wife videotaped about 22 seconds.

Late at night the witness was driving north on Harstine Island and slowed for a turn when headlights and moonlight revealed a huge upright figure in a pasture about 40 feet away. The figure looked at the car, walked parallel along the fence line, stepped over the fence, crossed the road and vanished into brush. The witness drove quickly to a campground shower and did not stay overnight, returning the next day to find the fence pushed down.

Through dense woods they saw bulky upright figures, first taken for a standing bear but judged to be something unfamiliar with a large upper body and no visible neck. Two companions on their way to school in the morning saw two pale human-like figures standing at the edge of woods on a hill. The figures smelled like skunks and then wandered back into the woods. The witnesses estimated the figures' height against a tree limb and later reported finding nest-like structures nearby.

After hearing scream-like sounds earlier in the evening, the witness lay awake and watched a tall figure move behind a windbreak, squat to rummage through a pack, then stand and walk away. The witness woke the companion, who did not see the figure but both heard movement in the trees. In the morning the pack contents were scattered and only cookies were missing from their package.
