Both occupants saw it and immediately agreed on what they had seen. They described it as about seven to eight feet tall, covered in brownish hair with silvery tips, with very long arms, a hunched head with no visible face, and a hurried, determined walk. They drove quickly to a relative's house and later recounted matching details.

A driver and passenger stopped on a dirt road through woods when several large dogs crossed in front of the car and trotted toward a dark object in a field. The object stood up as a very tall, bulky, dark-gray hair-covered figure with long arms and no visible neck, which the dogs greeted excitedly. The figure then moved quickly into the adjacent woods with long bent-legged strides and exaggerated arm swings while both occupants watched in shock without speaking.
