In April 1991 around 2 p.m., the witness was playing with a BB gun near a garden and ravine, jumped onto a rock, and encountered a roughly 5-foot tall hair-covered creature within about 13 feet. In the fall of 1991 the witness was driving home from a sports event on a rural road. The witness saw a very tall, shaggy, human-like creature running alongside the car for a few seconds while noticing a strong unpleasant smell. After the companion returned they found only indistinct marks and disturbed vegetation, then heard a single loud crack like wood being struck and fled the area.
