Over several months the household noticed episodic skunk-like odors, distinct tree knocks, grunts and owl-like mimicry, nightly dog barking and motion lights tripping. A chain-link dog kennel was found shoved inward with no recent bear sign. Muffled conversation-like sounds were heard behind the house with no footprints found.

Frightened, she rushed three children to the car while loud huge steps approached, but saw no one.

The witness and his son camped six miles down the Lone Star Trail despite warnings. At night after the woods went quiet, something heavy approached bipedally, roared, reached through pines shaking and pulling them, and lunged with huge hands. He knelt and put his shotgun in its midsection but did not fire when it backed off, then it screamed, circled the camp throwing trees, iron-ore rocks and dirt while they kept a bonfire burning until early morning.
Footsteps in Texas
The witness returned with a friend and camped, heard footsteps by the tent at night, then walked alone across the creek on a foggy morning. He found a footprint, droppings and a dead smell, listened to heavy breathing behind a thicket for hours, heard a vocalization and a stick hitting a tree, then saw a head peering from behind a large pine. He viewed it through his rifle scope, saw teeth, then walked toward the trail as it left on two legs, and it paralleled him back toward camp.
Wood knock in Washington
The guest and two companions were sitting in a truck at night in Washington when a very fast, close triple knock was recorded. He says there was a lot of activity that night including a charge that was not a bluff.

The guest camped at Coloma with one other person and did tree knocks. Something responded and came up to shake his tent during the night. He stayed inside and did not see whether it was a Bigfoot or a mountain giant.

While working as a contractor clearing brush around cabins after dark, the guest repeatedly felt watched while carrying water from a creek. He smelled a strong musky odor from upstream that later stopped, then heard a loud snap across the road and a second larger snap minutes later without hearing movement. He stayed to ensure the fire was out, then left and texted a local researcher friend.

The witness kayaked into a remote river area in the Adirondacks to fish and camp alone. On two consecutive nights he heard loud rapid tree knocks followed by prolonged crashing, pacing and movement around his tent. On the second night the activity escalated and he heard powerful lion-like roars and screams from about 50 feet away that left him terrified. In the morning he found a large human-like footprint about 15 inches long near his kayak and left the area.

The witness went to check his father's hunting stand and found it ripped off the tree and twisted by the fence. He smelled rotting flesh, got knocks in response to his knock, and heard his whistle mimicked. Returning to his ATV he found it flipped over with a partial print nearby, then had rocks of increasing size thrown at him as he fled.

Throughout childhood the family experienced constant strange activity on the farm including murmuring voices, something calling names in the mother's voice, rocks thrown into the pond while night fishing, hammer-like knocks, whoops, nightly crashing like a falling tree that never hit ground, and moving smells. A group was camping overnight at a remote forested lakeside camp. After hearing distant screams that seemed to shift position and prolonged branch-breaking around camp, the witness stayed awake listening while others slept. The witness heard heavy running and breathing pass the RV and noticed moonlight through the windows dim briefly, then later the companion's son fled his tent to the RV reporting tree-banging, movement, darkness at the tent, and a voice imitation. No one saw anything, and the next morning knocking elicited whistle replies from the woods.
