Over several months, a couple at a rural home report nightly sounds including knocks, whistles, calls and footsteps, along with missing poultry, cats and a displaced ball. About one to two months ago, the husband witness saw a tall, hair-covered biped walk past their trailer and behind it, disappearing in under ten seconds. The couple report feeling scared to go outside and believe more than one creature may be in the area near caves.

A couple camping alone in a state forestry heard large movements around camp all evening. Around 2 a.m. the husband saw a tall hair-covered biped beside their SUV and illuminated it before it ran past him over a gate into the woods. Later both heard knocks and rocks striking their tent for about an hour until a large rock tore the tent roof. Next morning they found partial prints and fresh bark damage before leaving.

The witness and a companion arrived at a house at night and heard repeated loud moans. After the witness called back, nearby trees shook and dogs barked in succession. A grayish two-legged figure then ran quickly across a field with long strides and dropped behind vegetation. Shortly after, metal clanking was heard and lawn furniture was found displaced.

The witness was deer hunting from a tree stand in the evening when two does fled past appearing nervous. He then smelled a strong foul odor, a log was thrown against the base of his tree, and something moved away through thick brush without being clearly seen. A loud scream was heard shortly afterward from the far end of the woods, after which he remained in the stand for about an hour before leaving.

The witness was canoeing alone on the river in the afternoon and had to pull out to drag the canoe around a log jam. He smelled a terrible odor and was paced by something unseen that stopped when he stopped, then heard screaming, breaking limbs, and saw a large log thrown and trees violently shaking. He fled in the canoe to the center of the river.

A group of four on dirt bikes and quads stopped at night to fix a broken chain. They heard repeated loud moans, then a series of knocks like on a tree, then something running fast through dense woods around them. Frightened, they abandoned one bike and fled, finding the bike moved off the trail when they returned the next day.

Three people were camped overnight in a valley when they heard a deep growl followed by a howl. They then heard large branches or trees snapping and being thrown toward camp, followed by sounds of a small animal in distress and then silence. Finally they heard something large running away through the woods, breaking branches and rustling leaves. They saw nothing in the darkness and could not identify the source.

Three family members were night-fishing from a riverbank lit by a lantern when large objects began splashing into the water upstream, landing progressively closer over about 12 to 15 minutes. They never saw the objects or the thrower and heard no movement despite listening and sweeping with a search light. They had earlier heard distant high-pitched screams, and after a final close splash threw spray onto the bank they left on ATVs. The account was submitted by a coworker of one witness, not by a witness directly.

The witness and a companion were fishing from a boat at night on a reservoir. A very heavy object was thrown from the shore and splashed down near the boat, rocking it. The witness illuminated the shoreline with a spotlight for several minutes but saw no person or animal. They then left the area quickly by boat.

The witness and two companions were walking through woods along a stream after midnight when all three noticed a strong urine odor. The witness and one companion then saw a very tall dark figure with large eyes that appeared to walk on two legs. After the witness threw a rock, the figure walked away but followed the group at a distance as they hurried back to their truck, throwing rocks as they went.

The witness and their partner were sitting by a fire in their yard at night when cattle behind the house began bawling and running. The partner called the witness to the side of the garage where a tall shape stood motionless in the moonlight. The partner threw a steel pipe at the shape, which did not move, so they assumed it was a tree and went inside. The next morning they found no tree at that spot, but flattened grass and two trails leading through the pasture, and recovered the thrown pipe.

The witness and companions were camping on a hilltop overlooking a valley and creek. Late at night the witness heard heavy bipedal steps climb a steep slope, stop, then run into the forest, sounds the companions also heard. About two hours later the group heard a single very loud scream that briefly silenced forest sounds. Around 2 or 3 AM a companion awoke to see a large arm reaching through the van window for food, and food was found missing and spilled, with gouges seen on the slope the next morning.

Eight high school friends were camping and sitting around a campfire when they heard steady footsteps climb a steep hill, stop at the crest, then sprint away. When two went to investigate a loud high-pitched scream stopped them. The creature looked directly at them and continued walking slowly with a sideways gait described as limping or injured, showing no fear. The witness estimated its height at about 5 foot 4.

The witness was camping alone at dusk when he heard movement and grunting approaching the campsite and then had a stump and a log thrown close to him. He fled down a trail while hearing running steps alongside him, then encountered a very tall standing figure that screamed. He ran to a companion's home and returned hours later to find the tent torn down and the thrown wood on the ground.

The group hid in their tent while something raided their food bag hung in a tree and ate their snacks. The witness peeked out and watched a large hairy biped squatting nearby eating bean dip before it stood and walked away up the trail. At dawn they found the food cache torn down and learned another nearby camp had also been raided.
