The witness describes repeated nighttime experiences from childhood into late teens where he would fall asleep and wake up outside in a field without knowing how he got there. He recalls bruises, a sensation of being held, seeing his own body from above, a bright light in his face, feeling restrained, and hearing voices urging him to come outside. The episodes stopped after he left for college, with tapping on windows and scratching also reported.
Sasquatch sighting in Tennessee (1970)
The witness, recently out of the military, was fly-fishing with three relatives in a steep, remote river gorge. He turned to see an upright animal at close range that quickly climbed the steep bank to the ridgeline. The group then heard extremely loud guttural vocalizations and huffs, saw movement on the ridge, and had a large rock land in the water near them. They left at dusk and later agreed among themselves it had not been a bear despite one relative's dismissive explanation.
Sasquatch sighting (1970)
A group riding in a bus in the 1970s heard sounds like a lion roaring, then a creature jumped onto the hood and looked through the large front window at the passengers. The front passenger saw it grin and show its teeth before it jumped off with enough force to shake the bus. The witness described it as six to six and a half feet tall, skinny, and intermediate between a chimpanzee and a person.

A coworker told the witness about a mid-1970s horseback trip when loud screaming and roaring circled the camp overnight, shook trees, threw rocks and broke limbs while the horses reacted.
Family has multiple encounters with white bigfoot creature
A family was camping by a river when the mother went behind the truck at night and saw a whitish upright creature at close range. She ran screaming to the others, and the family hurriedly broke camp while an older brother fired shots as the creature circled and crossed the road. Afterwards they found three-toed footprints near the truck and a large dent where the creature had struck the vehicle, then left immediately.

The four-year-old guest woke scared at night in his mother's bedroom and went to the bathroom. On returning, he heard a scratch and looked up to see a creature close in the window grinning and beckoning him. He panicked, jumped onto his brother, and his brothers later searched outside with rifles and found disturbed ground under the window.

The witness and a companion camped near a lake after the rest of their party failed to arrive. After hearing scream-like sounds earlier in the evening, the witness lay awake and watched a tall figure move behind a windbreak, squat to rummage through a pack, then stand and walk away. The witness woke the companion, who did not see the figure but both heard movement in the trees. In the morning the pack contents were scattered and only cookies were missing from their package.

On the evening of August 11, 1968, two people driving northeast of Chittyville reported encountering a large black hairy creature estimated at about 10 feet tall with an unusually large head. They claimed it threw dirt at them through the car window, frightening the passenger, before they left the area and notified police.
Woman recalls childhood sighting outside a cottage in the Southern Georgian Bay area
As an 11-year-old lying alone in bed at the family island cottage, the witness felt watched from the windows behind her. She turned to see a large round head looking in through an open casement window. The head quickly ducked down and audibly struck the window pane, after which she ran to the adults, who dismissed the incident as a dream.
Movement only in Washington (1968)
While serving on active duty and assigned to guard duty at a military base, the witness's father and others in his unit responded to a report of noises at a newly installed perimeter fence. They found several fence posts pulled from the ground and saw movement. They ordered whoever was there to show themselves and then fired, finding no blood or other result, and the unit was shipped out much earlier than originally scheduled.
Rock throwing in Wisconsin (1968)
The guest's three uncles were camped for an extended summer stay in the pine area. Over three nights they heard dropping sounds and suspected rocks being thrown. One night something ran through camp kicking over the fire, after which they saw moving eyeshine in flashlight beams, rebuilt the fire, stayed up, and left the next day.

In the fall of 1968, the witness was home late at night watching television while a small child slept in another room. After getting up, the witness saw glowing red eyes and a dark outlined shape in the window behind the chair. The witness waited, then called law enforcement to report a prowler and while waiting heard windows and the back door rattle softly. Deputies arrived much later and remarked the figure must have been fairly tall, and no tracks were found the next day because of leaves.

Two relatives were at home late at night when they heard someone going through items on the back porch. They looked out and saw a huge Bigfoot-like figure going through their belongings. One of them screamed and the creature ran off.

As an eight-year-old at a two-week summer camp, the witness was lying awake in an open cabin at night after the head count. He heard footsteps circle the cabin and then saw a very tall, dark-haired, gorilla-like figure fill the open doorway and stare in for several minutes. The figure then left toward the mess area, after which the witness heard garbage cans being overturned.

The witness was resting by the Des Plaines River during a bicycle ride when a hair-covered creature was seen across the river splashing in the water. After the witness coughed, the creature threw large rocks toward the witness, then crossed the river silently and confronted the witness at close range. The witness fled along a trail while hearing a loud howl and screaming and seeing additional shadowy figures across the river.

A farmer found his chicken coop door ripped off with a bloody handprint on it and hairs, footprints and blood left behind. Several chickens were killed without being eaten, and the door was taken to a zoo for examination.

The witness was sleeping in a cabin during a summer camp session when loud nighttime noises caused an uproar. A cabin-mate reportedly looked out and described multiple large, hairy, human-like figures near the water tower and cabins. The next morning the witness saw extensive human-like footprints, a large uprooted tree, and vegetation pulled from the lake. Campers were walked around the perimeter to view the traces and were sent home early.
Possible approach to a camp outside Penticton
The mother, sleeping with family in a tent trailer at a campground, was awake during the night while something was outside. In the morning the family found a cooler that had been tucked under the trailer dragged out, crushed, with food missing. The mother said she had seen its shadow on the tent wall and insisted it was neither a bear nor a man, remaining upset for most of the day.

The witness with his mother and brother found a three-toed track in the woods, had several young calves go missing without trace, and had a colt found with its neck ripped open.
Memory told of strange occurrences while growing up near Castle Rock State Park
In the fall of 1965 the witness was staying in a trailer on the family property when loud screaming was heard approaching from the direction of the river. The witness and a relative heard something pacing behind the dwelling while the screaming continued, then striking the trailer sides four or five times. The witness fired a gun once from the doorway, after which no further sound was heard that night.
