As an eight-year-old at a two-week summer camp, the witness was lying awake in an open cabin at night after the head count. He heard footsteps circle the cabin and then saw a very tall, dark-haired, gorilla-like figure fill the open doorway and stare in for several minutes. The figure then left toward the mess area, after which the witness heard garbage cans being overturned.
