Since about 2021 the witness reports ongoing activity around his Georgia hunting property: a deep 15-inch footprint and an 8-inch track, peanut butter jars removed without triggering trail cameras, snapped-off trees, whistles, a tater rake disappearing and reappearing, pebble-sized rocks hitting his blind, and chickens taken through a hole four feet up. The only direct sighting was last week when scanning a power line edge revealed 4-5 foot high paired red eyes that ducked behind a tree and vanished.

The witness was deer hunting alone from an elevated stand off a power line in a state wildlife management area on a December afternoon. After hearing heavy breathing and movement, the witness observed a large black hairy human-like figure first on all fours then sitting and standing. The figure vocalized in gibberish-like speech, screamed, grunted, approached to about 30 yards and remained for an extended period before tearing vegetation and moving off. While the witness fled toward a truck, movement paralleled the witness in the woods while vocalizations continued behind, suggesting a second individual, and the witness fired a shot in the air before driving away.

Four campers spending the night near a creek reported hearing aggressive vocalizations described as a mix of whoops and screams, then seeing the silhouette of a very tall figure with a wide torso about fifteen feet away. Through the night they heard whistles, a deep growl, a piercing scream and bipedal footsteps, saw a small figure peering from behind vegetation, and had a heavy log thrown into their fire pit. After firing a shotgun blast they heard crashing retreat, later found the camp destroyed with a tent lodged high in trees and gear snapped apart, and were pelted with rocks while leaving the area.

Two companions camped while hunting for five days near Dillon State Park. On successive nights they heard tree knocks from multiple directions, whistles, whoops, loud yells and screams that approached the camp, growling near the camper, and banging on vehicles in a nearby junkyard. The guest took his two young sons camping in a steep Colorado canyon to practice survival skills. During the night they heard a loud scream from across the canyon that approached their camp within a minute. For hours something circled them just beyond firelight, snapping large branches, making heavy thuds, and later mumbling, whistling and throwing sticks. The guest kept a large fire and shotgun through the night until morning.

The witness claims a family group has visited a rural wooded property regularly for nearly two years, typically evenings to early mornings several times a week. Reported activity includes footprints, wood knocks, odors, vocalizations, trail and structure formation, and direct sightings with food exchange and close interactions. An investigator visited the densely brushed property, observed extensive trails and shelter-like spots, and interviewed the household about four to five individuals of different sizes.
