The witness claims a family group has visited a rural wooded property regularly for nearly two years, typically evenings to early mornings several times a week. Reported activity includes footprints, wood knocks, odors, vocalizations, trail and structure formation, and direct sightings with food exchange and close interactions. An investigator visited the densely brushed property, observed extensive trails and shelter-like spots, and interviewed the household about four to five individuals of different sizes.

While hunting deer alone in the morning, the witness heard repeated sounds like logs or poles being thrown, then found a tree with bark removed, a large packed bed, a human-like track, and unfamiliar scat. After glimpsing brown fur duck behind a log, the witness heard an extremely loud low roar-like yell from behind with crashing, then heard crashing and throwing sounds staying out of sight while leaving for about 200 yards. No full animal was clearly seen.

After a rock was thrown toward the unseen sounds, something shrieked, circled the camp and emitted a loud high-pitched scream, prompting them to leave and later return with a parent. The primary witness heard noises again overnight, and the next morning the group found large footprints, hair and a bedding area before the primary witness briefly saw a tall hair-covered upright creature that looked at him and ran away.

The witness's family discovered a long trail of large footprints on their hunting property on a winter weekend in 1991. They followed the trail for over a mile past creeks and cabins and through a barbed-wire fence, making plaster casts of a right and left print. No creature was reportedly seen clearly, and the interpretation as possible Sasquatch activity developed over later years.
Scary encounters outside a rural home near Jackson
The witness and a companion were camping in a tent on the witness's driveway in mid-October. Around 2 a.m. under a full moon, the witness awoke to grunting and snapping trees and saw a large hair-covered figure striking and eating a deer, then dragging it uphill. The figure approached the tent, giving off a strong musky odor and knocking a frying pan from a tree before leaving. In the morning the witness found deer remains, drag marks, and a shelter-like structure of bent and broken pines.

The witness's wife heard shaking around the chicken coop then limb breaking in the front woods, believing two individuals were present. Days later the witness found a teepee-like limb structure and a path blocked by placed limbs. He also noted a taller similar structure in the back woods near where he had seen the figure.

An investigator sent to the property reported beds, tree structures including a blind overlooking the house, unusual paintings, and footprints. Around the second home the witness found toy trucks moved from a lidded sandbox to the steps two mornings, footprints behind the barn, broken trees, newly piled sticks by the pond and a small teepee structure. Later the trampoline was shifted about nine feet back and seven feet sideways, a makeshift clothesline gutter was torn off, a rock was heard flying through trees in daylight, and brief strong skunk-like and dead-meat odors occurred.
