Three occupants of a car leaving the lighthouse area reported seeing a hairy biped at close range in daylight. The figure was directly in front of the vehicle on the exit road and moved quickly left into dense forest, with only its lower torso visible. The witnesses stopped immediately and later reported the incident to park staff.
Witness hears big exhale and finds clear footprint the next day on property near Bluffton
Late at night the witness sat by open backyard windows after turning down the TV and heard two long exhalations from just outside at head height. Frightened, the witness shouted out the window and fled to the front of the house, startling a sleeping relative and dog. The next day the witness found a large barefoot human-like footprint in soil against the house corner beneath the window.
