The claims include regular screaming and howling, a recurring skunky rotten odor, heavy running sounds felt on the porch, sightings of a large adult figure running and a large figure squatting or kneeling near outbuildings, and large tracks found with smaller prints nearby. After leaving his deer stand at dusk, the witness encountered a tall hair-covered figure standing on the trail about 40 to 50 feet away near a deadfall. The figure sniffed the air, stared at him, then took steps toward him before turning off the trail into the woods.
