Tracks found near a mountain road
Account
The witness was camping with family members for a logging job and hiked up an overgrown logging road behind camp. The party noticed large fresh smeared tracks, sudden silence, and a feeling of being closely watched, then found two large right-foot prints of different sizes beside a small water crossing. They fled down the mountain, left for town, and later found their camp destroyed.
