Account
As a child the witness was lying on the floor by an open window when she heard a single loud thud followed by heavy bipedal running and loud breathing approaching the house. The sounds passed her window, hit gravel then pavement with bare-sounding slaps, paused, then continued through tall grass into a neighboring field. She was frightened by its speed, weight, and lack of shoes and told no one at the time.
Summary drafted by AI from the source report and checked by code before I publish it. The witness's own words remain with the publisher — read the original report .
