Whoop near Sulphur, Oklahoma
Account
Two researchers heard a loud whoop near their vehicle and heard it cross a creek, then split up at dusk. While walking a trail, the witness heard a single-tone whistle and footfalls paralleling him just ahead in cover. Later he noticed long dead grass behind a fallen log that was gone on return, which he speculated could have been hair of something lying in wait.
