Nocturnal biped visits young campers near Prineville
Account
The witness was lying awake in a tent at a campground late at night and noticed a strong wet-dog odor. They then heard what sounded like bipedal footsteps circling the tents, with one step landing very close to their tent, followed by a petting-like touch on the tent fabric and deep breathing from well above ground level. The sounds then moved away and stopped. Companions later said they had also heard something but had dismissed it.
