Whistle in Oregon (2022)
Account
The guest camped alone in snow for Thanksgiving in a rooftop tent. He again heard hillside-to-creek whistles and rocks rolling, then woke to an intense rotten-infection odor and saw his bumper flashlight being picked up and shone around and across the tent. He stayed quiet, later broke camp in icy rain still smelling the odor in his sealed jeep, and a relative's male German shepherd reacted aggressively to the odor.
