Account
A driver on the Northwest Expressway saw what first looked like a naked shoeless person running fast enough to keep up with her car. The figure then appeared to change into something with a longer muzzle and claws, prompting her to leave. She later called authorities using an alias, and said the dispatcher indicated there had been other similar calls.
