Howl in North Carolina
Account
While walking a road to hunt near the same swamp, the witness heard loud hollering and prolonged tree-knocking and banging for about three minutes. The sound was described as an aggressive howl and growl together, and woods went silent. The witness left immediately and later realized the location matched where the loggers had their sighting.
