About three weeks after moving, the witness woke around 3 a.m. with dread and shone a spotlight across the field. She saw what looked like a bear at the creek that stood up, absorbed the light, and let out a 20-25 second loud scream that left her frozen. She lit it again, saw an eight-foot dark mahogany creature drinking from the creek, and next morning found eighteen-inch tracks.
