While leading a mushroom crew, the caller heard a roar and watched a huge hairy figure crash through trees to within thirty yards. It stared, approached, and reared back when the caller fired over its head, then left keeping eye contact. The dog chased, was found dead twelve feet up a tree near displaced heavy rims and a demolished shelter, and crew photos remained on a phone SIM.
