Hunter has a close encounter with a BF, next to tent.
Account
While on a weekend deer-hunting trip, the witness slept in a tent at a camp shared with a companion. In the middle of the night a heavy bipedal-sounding walker approached and stopped beside the witness's tent, where breathing, soft growls, sniffing, and a strong unfamiliar odor were perceived through the fabric. After a few minutes it walked away breaking branches. The companion slept through the event and later suggested a bear, which the witness rejected.
