After a tree fell and subtle twig snaps approached on the witness's side, something bluff-charged through the woods at the van. When they turned on headlights and a spotlight, it stopped about thirty feet away behind trees. The witness saw single amber eyeshine from a fairly large bipedal figure peeking from behind a tree. They left, still seeing eyeshine as they drove out. A growl between the tree fall and charge was later heard on the recorder though not noticed live.
