Structure or nest in Massachusetts

last month daytime Massachusetts 1 witness

Account

On a recent Cape Cod trip the guest was bike riding on wooded trails and noticed cross and A-shaped tree structures. She mentally asked for a sign if she was seeing their structures and then heard a very loud slap-like sound against a tree. She stopped to listen and later pointed the structures out to her husband.
