Campers hear vocalizations and thrashing in brush near Lakeside
Account
Two people were sitting at a campfire late at night when they heard vocalizations and movement across a creek. A deer ran through camp, followed by more splashing, branch-breaking, odor, and grunting. They fired shots and shone headlights without seeing anything, then left and found the camp disturbed and high branches broken the next morning.
