First-hand Oregon Bigfoot #3974

Teens see tall creature near house from vantage point on hill

July 1997 night Fort Washakie, Fremont County, Wyoming 4 witnesses

Account

Late at night four teens sat atop hills near a rural house and looked down toward the building from about half a mile to a mile away. The witness noticed a tall, thick, hair-covered figure emerge from trees by the house, move near the yard light, then sprint away bipedally with long strides across a clearing toward the river. The group watched until it was out of sight, then ran down to the house where others reported the dog had been growling and barking.
