Partial sighting near Cougar, Washington
Account
The guest was solo camping near Skookum Meadows. At dusk he saw a large shape blocking a notched log that squatted when he did and then vanished. Later in heavy rain he heard an extremely loud roar-scream from the ridge multiple times, sheltered in his car, and found no tracks or other people the next morning.
